The car won't start. (03/03/2008 20:42)

Hi,how many of you have tried this,you're in a hurry and the whole family already in the car. You turn the key,once,twice , and all you hear is a complete silence.You turn your head slowly ,a little afraid to look at your wife .Tries with,ok dear just a minor problem,we will be there in time.
The whole gang out of the car and in to the house again,while you desperate try to locate the problem.
And here comes trouble,what are you looking for. i know where to start the car,and where to fill up the tank.
That's almost it.
Even in ten minus you start to sweat,time is running, and you dont have the slightest clue what's wrong. As the desperation starts to grab you, you hear a familiar voice from the window behind you. What's wrong,when are you going to get it started. Eh-ah hmm you see I think I've found the problem. Just a couple of minutes, and it's fixed. But you can clearly hear by the way the window get's closed,she doesn't believe in you. With num fingers of frost you get's inside for a cup of coffee and a cigarette. you almost sneak into the kitchen hoping no one will see you.
Well you're bound to get into trouble,you don't sneak in to a house with two kids and a dog. Even before you manage to get the coffee cup filled, there she is with her arms crossed and stamping feet. Do you have time for this? Don't you have a car to get started? Time is running, andour friends are waiting. Well honey,you know I can't get anything done as my fingers are stiff frozen,need to warm them up a little.
When she leaves for the livingroom,you start to think what's up next. When are you going to tell them that the fu.... car won't start at all,and that you don't have an idea of what's wrong.
You head out again,in an last desperate attempt to locate the problem. Then suddenly you know what's wrong, and what's even worse you know who's fault it is. The night before you forgot to turn of the headlights on the car. Your battery is flat, totaly flat. Ok,the problem is located,and should be easy to fix. just get the battery charger and voila the car starts. Well does it start? No,because the charger is at your brothers place,he lent it ages ago.
Ok time to ruin the rest of the day. Slowly,real slowly you head back in. Luckily I've been married to the same wife for seventen years,she knows me. I don't have to say a word,I find my self a chair,and just says ok we have to stay at home.
Then the riot starts,kids shouting,dog barking a tremendous level of noise. Everyone really know how to tell me how thing should have been done.
I don't answer at all. Take my cigarette and coffee, and walks towards the computer.
Sit down look up the ML site, and enter my dream world.The shouting is forgotten,I just turn the deaf ear to them(thats not a lie, I do hav e a deaf ear.) But one thing I know for sure,after prepearing a tasty dinner and some snacks to grab infront of the tv in the evening,the night will be as usual...
